Food Waste Collections |
|
|
| We are now collecting food waste(it
has to be free of meat) we will
provide a caddy and it will be
emptied every Monday. At the moment
collections are free but we ask you
to join our Opt-in Scheme where you
pay £20 in advance and when we
start charging 60p per caddy will
be deducted from your credit.if you

4th Jan 2011.

| Magpie Recycling will be closed on the 19th
February as a mark of respect for our friend and
colleague Matt Roberts who died suddenly three weeks ago. He was a valued employee and a
loyal friend. He will be missed and our
condolences go out to his family and friends. |

| Sorry fresh snow has made collection to
hazrdous.
We collected recycling from areas we judged
likely to be safe on Monday and Tuesday;
boxes/recycling left out were taken from
these areas.
As soon as conditions allow we send crews
out. Decisons on where we collect from are
often made as the vehicles are leaving the
depot and may change if collectors decide
routes are not safe.
We will get your recycling as soon as we can.

of boxes.
We have vans and staff ready to collect over
this weekend if conditions improve.

households and we will catch up very quickly
once we can.

Well I did it!

me. I have raised £1380 for
Macmillan.
The ride was tough as expected but
the feeling as we rode into Paris
round the Arc de Triomphe and up to
the Eiffel Tower was incredible. |
